Calanais Visitor Centre is looking forward to welcoming visitors back when it reopens this coming July. The brand-new facilities will enhance your visit to the stones. You will be able to explore an engaging exhibition, which dives deep into the dramatic history of this Neolithic monument, and relax in the new café. The carefully curated shop will stock unique items that celebrate the diverse talent of our island’s artists and makers. The transformed centre is designed to be an inclusive hub for both our local community and visitors from around the world.
Over this final stage of the redevelopment, there are currently no facilities or parking available on-site. Find out more on our new website at www.calanais.org or follow us on www.facebook.com/CalanaisStandingStones.
