Routes

Whether you are looking for a walking holiday in the Outer Hebrides or want to cycle on your Western Isles holiday, we have a number of great routes you can follow.  Both are a fantastic way of exploring our islands.

The route have lots of information such as degree of difficulty, approximate times, milleage and route descriptions.

We also have two Geotourist audio tours which were developed with support from local residents for audio and imagery. It’s on an app, and will take you on a tour of key spots and hidden gems on the East coast of Lewis and South Uist and Benbecula.

You can also walk on sections of the Hebridean Way Walking Route and cycle on sections of the Hebridean Way Cycling Route.
