About

The Old Manse is stone built property originally constructed in 1903 to serve the Church of Scotland situated directly across from it. It has been refurbished in recent years. It is a comfortable and spacious property with a large garden. It can easily accommodate 6 people. Their are 2 shower/bathrooms, 2 double bedrooms and a twin bedroom. The property has lpg central heating, gas cooker and a gas fire in the lounge. There is a conservatory which leads out into garden/patio area and affords views to the south overlooking Eaval (the highest hill in North Uist.) There is a small w.c downstairs next to a utility room which has a washing machine, freezer and hoover.


Being situated in Carinish township it is centrally located between 3 main towns of Balivanich,(Airport) Lochmaddy( ferry terminal) and Bayhead.
