About

*Wonderful pet-friendly home-from-home centrally located in Tarbert, Harris with a panoramic sea-view from the spacious conservatory*

Kinnoull is a 4-minute drive from the ferry terminal in Tarbert. This home from home has one of the best views in Scotland from its hillside setting above the town. At night the harbour lights give the place a magical quality and the Isle of Skye can be seen in the distance on a clear day.

The property sleeps up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms.

The accommodation includes:

Spacious conservatory leading to open decking with picnic table

3 bedrooms - a master king-size bedroom with en-suite toilet/shower, a second king-size bedroom plus a twin bedroom

Large living room with multi-fuel burning stove

Large open-plan kitchen/dining room

Bathroom with bath, toilet and separate shower

Oil filled central heating

Fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, televisions with freesat and DVD player

Plenty of space for off-street parking within the private enclosed garden area

A good selection of books, jigsaws, puzzles and games

Travel cot and high chair

Broadband & Wi-Fi included.

Bed linen and towels provided.

All rooms are on one level and the property is accessible either via three (3) entrance steps or by a ramp onto the decking.

Pets are very welcome.

Goodfellow Self Catering has been operating for over 30 years and comprises two separate and distinct properties - Kinnoull and Greenbank.

Both properties are in ideal locations from which to explore the islands of Harris & Lewis and have been comfortably allocated 3 stars by Visit Scotland.

We provide welcoming and spacious ‘homes from home’ where adults can totally relax, dogs can safely roam and children can have adventures playing in the enclosed gardens and making use of the indoor books and games.
