Corrodale Cottage offers an idyllic Outer Hebrides escape from urban living. The 5 star luxury accommodation for up to 2 people has been meticulously renovated and is a Category B listed building that retains many traditional features like the turf and marram grass thatch roof, whilst offering all the comforts of luxury 21st Century living including Wi-Fi, spa bath, iPod dock, four poster bed and peat burning stove. The accommodation comprises a well equipped kitchen, a living and dining area with vaulted ceiling and solid oak floor, one bedroom with a hand carved four poster double bed and a bathroom with an advanced spa bath system. Luxury soft towels, robes and Scottish aromatic toiletries are provided to compliment your experience.

There is a large garden area with seating to relax and enjoy breathtaking views and magnificent sunsets. The cottage is centrally located at the north end of South Uist making it the ideal base to explore Berneray, North Uist, Benbecula, Eriskay and Barra. There are miles of sandy beaches to explore, fantastic coastal walks, and the cottage is surrounded by a profusion of wildlife.

The heated outhouse adjacent to the cottage houses a freezer, washer/dryer, peat supply for your stay and storage area for any equipment you may have for your perfect holiday getaway whether you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday or a base for your outdoor pursuits i.e. walking, windsurfing, canoeing, cycling, fishing, golfing, diving, birdwatching.
