About

A good access track through the machair leads to a wide sweep of beach with rocky outcrops and backed by storm boulders. This is a very popular beach for surfing. You can park right at the edge of the beach. There are good walks north up the coast or south along the edge of the boulder beach at Brue and up above high cliffs. This bay get wonderful waves in stormy weather and a good place for birdwatching and watching spectacular sunsets..
