Hebridean Bakers Recipe for Honey Oat and Raspberry Slice


Serves 4

75g Butter

60g Soft Brown Sugar

25g Honey

1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence

1 Egg

80g Self Raising Flour

30g Oats

60g Raspberries


Method

Preheat the oven to 180C/350F

Cream the butter, sugar, vanilla and honey until light and fluffy.

Beat in the egg

Fold in the flour and oats then finally stir in the raspberries

Pour into a lined square baking tin and bake for 20-25 mins

Once cooled, cut into slices and dust with icing sugar
