About

Beag Breagha is a renovated unit in a quiet scenic but secluded situation approximately 2 miles from the ferry terminal at Tarbert Isle of Harris. The location facing East Loch Tarbert offers outstanding views of mountain ,moorland, rocks ,loch and sea. Walking, bird watching, fishing and nature watching are available on our doorstep . The North Harris Trust offers guided walks to pursue these and other pursuits. Beautiful sandy beaches are within reasonable distance as well as historical sites e.g. Callanish Stones ,Carloway Broch and the Blackhouse Village at Garenin.  There is a separate rustic shed close to the chalet. Here you can watch the sea, seals basking on thee rocks and occassionally otters. 

Beag Breagha consists of an en suite double bedroom and a kitchen /sitting room. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge, cooker, toaster and microwave . There is a washing machine, dryer and freezer in the adjoining garage/outhouse. Outdoor drying facilities are also available. Bedding and towels are supplied.  There are electric heaters in both rooms and the electricity is included in the rent . T.V. radio and a selection of books, magazines and tourist pamphlets are provided .Garden furniture is provided and there is ample parking on the mono blocked driveway in front of the chalet.

Guests are to vacate the premises by 10 am the morning they leave . The arrial time is 2-4pm .
