We have an advisory on this route at the Hebrides Range. See route waypoints here.
Advisory/Diversion 2: At point 11 at the Hebrides Range, the route once more heads to the east towards Lochcarnan. This part of the route can be badly flooded. If you are a very experienced walker, this may be ok but depending on your experience level, you may wish to follow the main road instead and avoid this section - particularly if the weather has been very wet in the recently. Instead of taking a right at the Hebrides Range, go straight on and follow the main road between points 11 and 24.
