Welcome to Piotsa, our wandering wood-fired pizzeria, bringing wood fired pizza to the people of Lewis & Harris. We specialise in freshly made, hand-stretched pizzas cooked in a traditional wood-fired oven, creating the perfect balance of a smoky, stone-baked crust and delicious, flavour-packed toppings. Using quality ingredients, fresh dough prepared daily, and carefully selected toppings, we serve a range of classic favourites and unique specials inspired by local tastes.
Whether you're looking for a quick tasty bite to eat, catering for a wedding, birthday party, corporate event, community gathering, festival, or private function, our mobile pizza horsebox delivers a memorable dining experience wherever we go. As a travelling pizzeria, we regularly visit villages, and remote communities throughout Lewis & Harris, making authentic wood-fired pizza accessible across the islands. Our pizzas are cooked to order, ensuring every customer enjoys a hot, freshly baked pizza straight from the oven.
We pride ourselves on friendly Scottish hospitality, great food, and a passion for bringing people together through quality wood-fired pizza. Follow our journey around the Isle of Lewis & Harris to find out where we'll be next, or get in touch to book us for your special event.
