Recently totally upgraded property which is located in the township of Locheport.  Sits close to the loch side with direct loch access  Takes in views of Eaval and  Locheport. Very peaceful location with an abundance of wildlife, meters from the house. Regular otter sightings and a must for bird watchers with sea eagles, hen harriers and short eared owls often hunting close to the house.  

 

The house itself is extremely comfortable with a master king bedroom and ensuite shower room, a further king and twin bedroom and a shared family bathroom.  Underfloor heating and an open plan new modern kitchen.  Large picture windows throughout the property make the most of the stunning views in all directions. Extremely well equipped with luxurious bedding and towels supplied.  Enclosed private garden with seating area.
