Fulmar Cottage is a cosy 2 bedroom self catering cottage in Northton, South West Harris in the Outer Hebrides.

The kitchen area within the living space is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, gas hobs and fan oven. You will find the living area equipped with comfortable furnishings, a smart TV with streaming apps, WIFI, DVD player and a dining area. The living space enjoys breathtaking panoramic views towards the hills on north Harris and over Scarista beach, where you can watch otters play. The main bathroom includes a wash basin, shaver socket, bath and separate shower. The main bedroom includes a king sized bed and the second twin bedroom is en-suite with its own shower, basin and WC. The hallway area contains a washer/dryer and additional fridge/freezer capacity, a second WC toilet can be found in the cloakroom off the hallway. Special features are the murals expressing the Hebridean wildlife showing seals, dolphins, birds, and a spectacular wave in the living space all painted by the talented previous owner.
Fulmar Cottage is set back from the Northon settlement accessed by its own road, and sits on its own ¼ acre plot with private parking.
You will find plenty to do, whether you want a relaxing or a more active holiday. The nearest beach, Northton beach, with its stunning views and magnificent sunsets, is within a 10 minute walk (there are 4 further beaches within walking distance). The Croft 36 bakery shed is within a 5 minute walk for pastry and cake lovers or those wanting a cup of warming lobster bisque after a walk along the beaches. The shops and brewery of Leversburgh is just a 5 minute drive away.
There is a small outside play area for children, outside seating, outside tap for rinsing wetsuits and fishing rods, drying facilities etc. The property sleeps max. of 4 persons (a small roll out bed is available on request for families of five). Harris is a paradise for wildlife lovers, anglers, fly fishing or sea fishing, there is always a good catch!
Expert or aspiring golfers may also want to check out the scenic Isle of Harris Golf Course just up the road!
