About

Fioran - Self Catering House - Seilebost - Isle of Harris

Fioran is a modern five‑bedroom (Sleeps 10), five‑bathroom house (four en‑suite) set on the spectacular west coast of Harris, overlooking the white sands of Seilebost and Luskentyre Beaches. Located just 10 miles from Tarbert and around 50 miles from Stornoway, it offers a peaceful coastal escape with ample parking and level access throughout the ground floor via an accessible ramp. Direct beach access makes this an exceptional base for exploring one of Harris’s most iconic landscapes.

Inside, the house offers generous social spaces perfect for families and groups. The main sitting room and dining room form a large, welcoming area for gathering together, while a cosy study provides a quiet spot for reading or working. The conservatory enjoys breathtaking views across Seilebost and is ideal for relaxing with a book, playing cards or enjoying board games. A separate games room adds even more space for fun and downtime.

Guests have full access to the entire house and the games room, giving you plenty of room to unwind during your stay.

Please note that Friday is the changeover day during the season. For weekly bookings, check‑in and check‑out must fall on a Friday, and shorter stays must check out on a Friday. Pets are not permitted.

Fioran offers space, comfort and unforgettable views - a beautiful Harris retreat with direct access to one of the most stunning beaches in the Outer Hebrides.
