About

44 Back is situated 7 miles from Stornoway in the crofting village of Back. The house has been recently refurbished and is an excellent base to explore Lewis and Harris or to just stay and relax. A scenic walk down our croft takes you to Gress beach where you can enjoy the beautiful sands. In the village there is a Petrol Station with a Shop/Post Office, a Pharmacy and other local services. 

The 4 bedroomed house offers comfortable accommodation and sleeps up to eight people. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with an electric hob, double oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and coffee machine. The living room has a Smart TV and a multi fuel stove (an initial supply of wood and coal supplied). There is a family bathroom with bath/shower and 2 bedrooms, one with king size bed and a twin bedroom. Upstairs there are a further 2 bedrooms, one twin room and a double bedroom with en-suite shower facilities. There is oil central heating throughout and electric is by key meter with £25 credit included. There is a garden with a picnic bench and a shed for storage of bikes, etc.

Parking for up to 3 cars is available.

All Linen and towels are provided.  

Wi-fi is also included.
