Seating 4-6 people the sauna can be booked privately by the hour or single seats can be purchased in mixed public sessions. The combination of hot and cold therapy creates a relaxing rejuvenation for the mind, body and soul and much more. Cool off in the sea or use our supply of freshwater. The choice is yours.
