Cluer Cottage rests in a quiet, secluded cove on the rugged east coast of Harris, with calming sea views stretching across to Skye. It’s a peaceful island retreat where you can slow down, reconnect with nature and enjoy the wild beauty of the Outer Hebrides. Just 8 miles from Tarbert and the ferry terminal, and only a 15‑minute drive from the machair and beaches on Harris’s west coast, the cottage is perfectly placed for exploring.
The cottage offers four bedrooms, one bathroom, and a downstairs toilet/shower room, making it equally suitable for couples or family groups. Facing south, it enjoys sunshine on the patio throughout the day and soft evening light as the sun sets over the hills.
With hill‑walking, incredible wildlife, and some of Harris’s most unspoiled sandy beaches close by, Cluer Cottage is ideal for both adventure and relaxation.
Inside, you’ll find everything needed for a comfortable stay, from a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities and an open fire. It’s a cosy, well‑appointed base to return to after days spent exploring Harris’s coastline, hills and hidden corners.
