About

You do not need to have any previous boating experience, as training will be provided. Rowing the Skiff is quite simple but does require a basic level of fitness and ability. Rowing is open to all and to ages from very young to over ninety.

The Skiff normally operates in Stornoway harbour, but can be towed to any location on the island to enable all communities to have a go.

The Rowing Club is looking to promote greater awareness of the club and the Skiff, and invite you to come and join us for a row or to help us maintain the Skiff during the winter lay up period
