Flavour is run by Chris & Nicola a couple who love to travel. When they came to Harris in 2016 they fell in love and didn’t leave. They knew then that the business concept of Flavour they dreamed of whilst living in Taiwan was possible in the Outer Hebrides. They started off at their home making chocolates and selling them throughout the craft markets proving popular with locals and tourists alike.
Now they have moved into studio 2 at Talla Na Mara and will be producing and selling chocolates from there. Have a look and see if there are any chocolate making workshops on during your stay! As well as making chocolates they run various events and pop-up restaurants throughout the islands. Chris is a very passionate chef, and this comes across on the 6 course Hebridean fusion menu they serve. Using local ingredients and fusing them with cooking techniques learned throughout their travels.
Open Monday - Saturday 11:00am - 3:00pm (1 Jan 2022 - 31 Dec 2022) |
