About

The cottage was completed in March 2017 and offers comfortable and welcoming accommodation with the luxury of 3 bedrooms and 3 shower rooms. The beautiful coastline and white shell beaches will lure you away to explore, but Rockpool will always be a warm and welcoming base to return to.

The island of Barra is just a short ferry trip so easy to visit in a day and here you can see the planes landing on a cockle shell beach - subject to tides of course!

South Uist and North Uist are connected by a causeway so it is easy to tour both islands during yourstay and those wishing to sail from Skye to North Uist can then drive down to Rockpool in under an hour and a half.
