About

This unique house has been built from Polar Wall construction to provide a warm and relaxing environment which wraps itself around you offering a quiet peace not normally achieved in 'up in the air ' houses. On entering, your first reaction will be to the lightness of the house achieved by the use of Solatubes, which bring down light from the ground above and at night appear as glowing stars fallen from the sky.

The whole front of the house is glass and double doors open out to a private seating area, overlooking a very pretty loch and island. Just a short distance from the house is the coast with miles and miles of sandy beach stretching right down the west side of the island. The Machair Walk is well worth undertaking if you love walking and enjoying the sea at the same time.

Wherever you go during your stay, the Earth House will be the place you hurry back to, as it will not fail to enchant each time you walk down the illuminated, winding path, across the two small bridges to the glowing welcome it offers. Although it is absolutely perfect for honeymooners, it will also nurture all those with a love of peace, tranquillity and wild places.
