The Isle of Barra is the jewel of the Hebrides and one of Scotland's treasurers. Barra Beach Cottages provide the ideal location to experience all that Barra can offer. There are two cottages  - Sonas and Solas  - meaning happiness and light. A romantic description for a romantic location.

Escape to peace and tranquillity when you book a stay at one of our homely holiday cottages. Situated in the beautiful surroundings of Tangasdale, our self-catering cottages are perched on the edge of the sea and offer breathtaking views of the beach. Watching the majestic sunsets from the windows of our cottages provides a truly magical experience that you will treasure forever. Moreover, our cottages are tastefully decorated and beautifully furnished and each bedroom boasts its own en-suite. With a double bed in each room, both cottages can sleep up to six people. The local town that is just a short drive away from our cottages presents a number of attractions including restaurants, cafes, and castles. Furthermore, as we offer animal-friendly accommodation, our cottages make the ideal choice when you want to take your dog on holiday! Contact our friendly and accommodating team today for more information on our self-catering holiday cottages as we are more than happy to answer your questions about what to do and where to visit on our beautiful island.
