Welcome to our luxury accommodation by the sea on the beautiful Isle of Harris in the Outer Hebrides. The house is a traditional Harris stone cottage which has been extensively modernised and has a contemporary and comfortable accommodation for up to 4 people.
We are located in the idyllic south of Harris, by the sea, in a small crofting community and close to Leverburgh and the ferry to the Uists. On a clear day, the islands of North Uist and Skye can be seen and on a poor day the colour, sound and smell of the sea can be just as breathtaking.
We are ideally located for exploring the Isle of Harris, with its beautiful beaches, hills, coastline, wildlife and cultural sights.
Inside Sea View House there is a fully fitted kitchen with integrated social space, a separate living room with study area and several wonderful sea view window seats. Sink into our velvet sofas and Eames chairs in front of the wood burning stoves. There is Wi-Fi, a SMART TV and a small library to enjoy.
The bedrooms are both ensuite, with one on the ground floor. Both rooms have walk in showers, and the upstairs master suite also has a 2 person infra red sauna, double jacuzzi style bath, and double marble topped vanity unit.
Outside there is a seating area in the garden and various sun traps for relaxing in and enjoying the sea views, with on street parking for 2 cars.
Our beds (1 long king size and 2 singles) are comfortable with luxury bedding and hypo allergenic pillows and duvets.
Other facilities include a full sized washing machine, tumble drier and Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother together in the fitted kitchen which is stocked with quality tableware.
Throughout Sea View House is a wealth of art from the fabulous murals of local scenes and wildlife to paintings we have curated from our own travels.
