About

At Harris Hotel we have been offering the best of Hebridean hospitality for over one hundred years. Quality accommodation, superb food, outstanding service and a relaxing atmosphere combine to ensure a memorable stay.

The hotel has 22 bedrooms, most have been extensively refurbished, all are different and have been individually decorated. Two self-catering cottages, in the village are also available for weekly lets or for short breaks out of season.

Our menus offer an extensive choice of only the best and freshest of local ingredients, including fish, shellfish, lamb, beef and venison. The intimate residents´ bar is the place to be for malt whisky on Harris, with the largest selection in the Outer Hebrides: we stock almost 100 varieties! Relax in our spacious sun lounges which overlook the garden where you can also sit to enjoy a meal or drink.

The hotel facilities include a television lounge, small library, free wi-fi, guest PC, drying room, bicycle storage and the opportunity to enjoy a revitalising treatment with one of our visiting health and beauty therapists.

The hotel also provides a venue for conferences, weddings, music events and private functions.
