About

The spacious two storey cottage is well furnished and well equipped with oil fired central heating .

On the ground floor the large lounge faces west providing panoramic views of the landscape. The kitchen/dinette is fitted with electric cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, toaster, etc. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, one double and another with twin beds. Each room has its own wash basin. The bathroom has a bath and a walk in shower.

Upstairs there is a further twin bedded room and a shower/toilet room.  A tumble dryer and freezer are located in the utility area upstairs. There is also a clothes drying area and linen storage.

Situated on a working croft near the sea and beaches. Balranald bird reserve and golf course nearby. 

Good parking available.

The area is good for hill and beach walks as well as fishing and bird watching. We are within easy travelling distance of grocery supermarkets, pubs, cafes and restaurants.
